Thanks for checking out my new blog page. This is where I will be sharing tips, news, exercises, and more for those who want to make fitness an important part of their life. I will always emphasize balance, balance, balance - and I don't mean on a stability ball, although that's important - I mean life balance. Fitness is important-in it's proper place.
